We are seeking a Room Leader. You must be qualified to a level 3 minimum in childcare.
We offer:
- Room leaders earn a yearly salary of £32,000!
- 40 hour working week (8am-6pm 4 days per week and a half day off each week)
- Paid sick days
- 31 days holiday (including bank holidays and * days off over Christmas and Easter)
- Earn more holiday the longer you work with us
- Paid overtime

- Individual yearly training budget
- Regular team treats like trips out of London, go karting, yoga, team dinners

Has experience within a childcare setting.
Knowledge of the EYFS and PREVENT.
Enjoys working outdoors.
Childcare qualification Level 3 or willingness to study towards level 3
