Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Nursery Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English, Kannada, and Tamil, and possess a passion for nurturing young children in a warm and engaging environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment.

* Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to support early learning and development.

* Monitor and document children’s progress and communicate regularly with parents.

* Manage daily routines including snack time, playtime, and hygiene practices.

* Work collaboratively with other teachers and staff members as part of a team.

* Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events.

* Maintain a clean, organized, and child-friendly classroom.

Qualifications & Skills:

* Diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education / Montessori / NTT or equivalent.

* Fluency in **English, Kannada, and Tamil** is mandatory.

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

* Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with young children.

* Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow school guidelines.

* Previous teaching experience in a nursery or preschool setting is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
