Job Overview
We are seeking a competent and compassionate Nurse to join our team at Nightingales Medical Trust. As a Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, administering medications, and assisting with daily living activities. This role requires excellent clinical skills, strong attention to detail, and a caring attitude towards patients. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience as a Nurse, preferably in eldercare or dementia care.
Qualifications And Skills
• Valid nursing license or certification
• 1 to 3 years of nursing experience
• Experience in eldercare or dementia care is preferred
• Excellent clinical skills and attention to detail
• Compassionate and caring attitude towards patients
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
• Basic computer skills
Roles And Responsibilities
• Provide direct patient care and administer medications as prescribed
• Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and eating
• Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans
• Educate patients and their families on illness management and preventive care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Adhere to all healthcare protocols and procedures
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients
• Respond to emergencies and provide immediate medical assistance
