Maintains Patient Stability By Checking Vital Signs And Weight; Testing Urine And Recording Intake And Output Information. Provides Patient Comfort By Utilizing Resources And Materials; Transporting Patients; Answering Patients' Call Lights And Requests; And Reporting Observations Of The Patient To Nursing Supervisor.
