Your Role
As a Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN), you will provide person-centred care to residents and their families, mentor and support colleagues, and recognise signs of possible abuse or neglect. You will communicate effectively, role model professional behaviour, and attend safeguarding training as needed.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will hold a valid NMC Pin number, have a passion for mentoring and sharing knowledge, and be committed to effective communication and professional behaviour. Advocate for person-centred care, be vigilant in recognising and reporting safeguarding concerns, and be willing to attend relevant training.
