We're on the lookout for an exceptional individual/s to join our team. If you enjoy teaching students and help them gain insights, then we currently have a position open in our Academics team.

Please find below the detailed Roles and Responsibilities:

● Planning for students’ Practical experience, ward assignments and training for GDA and other allied healthcare students as assigned.

● Taking classroom and practical sessions for the students as allotted in timetable.

● Oversee students’ lab and clinical work.

● Mentor & counsel the students for job placements.

● Grading coursework and evaluating clinical lab performance. Daily updating Curriculum mapping sheet.

● Staying up to date with clinical trends by attending conferences, webinars, seminars and guest sessions and to keep students updated with the same.

● To maintain lab inventory, inventory of medical equipment for training and impart appropriate knowledge.

● To prepare students for Placement interviews

● Any other tasks assigned by the Reporting Manager.

Desired Skill Sets:

● Excellent professional knowledge.

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

● Good computer skills.

Qualification: B.Sc. (Nursing) preferred, GNMA with Post B.Sc. nursing, or GNMA.

Experience: 3-4 years of Clinical experience of working in medical surgical nursing department as staff nurse or ICU and Emergency department of a hospital.

Location: Kalyan

Term: 3 years fixed term contract
