Key Responsibilities : • Develop and deliver HSE training programs tailored to the needs of the organization and industry standards. • Conduct risk assessments and provide guidance on safety procedures and protocols. • Ensure all training materials are up-to-date with current regulations and industry best practices. • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions, making adjustments as needed. • Provide hands-on training and demonstrations related to electrical and mechanical safety in a healthcare environment. • Maintain accurate records of training sessions and participant progress. • Collaborate with other departments to promote a culture of safety within the organization. • Stay informed about the latest developments in HSE regulations and practices. Qualifications and Skills : • Background in electrical or mechanical engineering. • Experience working in the healthcare industry is required. • A nursing degree is preferred. • Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Ability to adapt training methods to different learning styles
