Educational Qualification: GNM/BSc. Nursing Years of Experience: 1-4Years
Job Objective– To provide clinical education, Orientation & training to nursing and patient care staff to enhance their
skills & knowledge at all Centers of Progenesis Fertility Centers.
Principle Accountabilities-
Operational
• To conduct all training programs related to nursing staff at all centers of Progenesis Fertility Centers as per
duty given by Training Manager and management.
• To help in preparing the training material, PPTs etc.
• To Prepare training calendar under supervision of Training Manager based on the identified training needs
and to circulate the same to the concerned departments.
• To facilitate training programs by coordinating for the required resources (venue, projectors, dummies, etc.)
asper the training calendar.
• To conduct periodic refresher trainings of basic functional skills.
• To conduct Post training, analyze the feedback of the sessions conducted and inform findings.
• To monitor progress and performance of all center’s nursing staff by conducting frequent centers rounds
• To ensure that training materials are continuously updated & upgraded as per latest developments in the field
of nursing.
• To preparation of periodic MIS reports as needed by the Training Manger.
• Any other work assigned by the management.
• To attend all training courses required to upskill your skills and knowledge required to conduct the training at the
organization.
Quality Related
• To be aware of the various incidents and know the process to raise incident reports.
• To follow and will conduct the training on Infection Control practices set by the organization and to be
aware of Personal ProtectionEquipment in the department.
• To be aware of all the safety codes and adhere to the related protocols.
Customer Related: - Not Applicable
Finance Related: - Not Applicable
Administration Related
• To keep training record maintained as per organization’s Requirements. E.g. Attendance Register, Pre-
Post Testpapers, Feedback forms, Training Card & training reports Etc.
