Duties
Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
Conduct IV insertions with precision and care
Utilize knowledge of physiology to provide effective patient care
Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
Utilize Epic or similar electronic health record systems for accurate documentation
Provide specialized care such as neonatal ventilator support, family planning, and senior care
Demonstrate proficiency in ICD-10 coding for accurate medical records
Requirements
Valid RN license in the state of practice
Strong patient assessment skills
Proficiency in medication administration and IV therapy
Familiarity with Epic or similar electronic health record systems
Ability to provide compassionate and comprehensive patient care
Knowledge of neonatal ventilator support, family planning, and senior care is advantageous
