Description
• Management of overall Personnel Administration of Nursing Staff – Selection, leave and attendance management, effective deployment of nurses, Conduct & Discipline, performance appraisal, mentoring and coaching, guidance counseling, Grievance Handling and welfare in your assigned area.
• Supervise and manage nursing staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure high standards of care.
• Identify training and development needs for nursing staff.
• Organize and facilitate continuing education and professional development programs.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Ensure efficient use of resources to deliver cost-effective care.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of the healthcare facility.
