Job Requirements
1. Organize, direct, and supervise the nursing services for smooth functioning according to hospital policy.
2. Ensures appropriate allocation of duties and responsibilities to all nurses
3. Ensure quality patient care.
4. Ensure high standards of discipline among nurses
5. Ensures orientation program for newly appointed nurses.
6. Provide in-service training for all nursing staff.
7. Take daily rounds of the hospital wards and see seriously ill patients.
8. Ensure proper functioning of equipment
+. Receives report from the night supervisor.
10. Ensures proper maintenance and records.
11. Relevant Experience- 4 to 6 Years
