We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Nursing Supervisor to join our team in Rohtak, Haryana. The Nursing Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing nursing staff, ensuring high-quality patient care, and maintaining efficient operations within the nursing department.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervision and Management:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of the nursing staff to ensure optimal patient care.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and training to nursing staff.
Assist with scheduling and staffing to ensure adequate coverage for all shifts.
Patient Care:
Monitor and assess patient care and ensure adherence to established protocols and standards.
Address patient concerns and collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
Administrative Duties:
Maintain accurate records of patient care, staff performance, and departmental activities.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Prepare and manage departmental reports and documentation.
Quality Improvement:
Identify areas for improvement in patient care and nursing practices.
Implement and oversee quality improvement initiatives and ensure adherence to best practices.
Qualifications:
Education: General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) diploma or equivalent.
Experience: 8-10 years of relevant experience in nursing, with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role.
Skills:
Strong leadership and management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to handle complex and challenging situations with professionalism and empathy.
Proficiency in computer applications and record-keeping.
