To conduct new hire training digitally for nursing attendants/nurses/mother-baby care giver in the regional language mandatory English and Hindi.
To conduct a refresher training program digitally for bottom performers & re-training for not certified and re joiners.
To conduct on the job training remotely for on-bench staffs, active cases and close escalations for better outcomes.
To design, develop or update the available medical training contents in order to meet business objectives for the city.
To have sound knowledge of customer service skills training to the clinician
