About the Team
Nutanix Calm/NCM team delivers a multi-cloud application management framework. Calm provides application automation and lifecycle management natively integrated into the Nutanix Platform. We are a driven & passionate team of engineering with a desire to disrupt the current state of multi-cloud application management. We are looking to expand our team to include additional A-players who are looking to bring simplicity and efficiency to a complicated world.
Your Role
• Empowered to test the quality of the deliverable and be responsible for the delivery of quality products/features.
• You will automate test cases for new features.
• Enable automated regression runs for product releases.
• Working as part of the Engineering team to ensure that the code developed is testable - are the logs sufficient, should any test hooks be built into the code, is there enough debug information available in case of failure, etc.
• Analyzing failures and resolving root cause, filing defects in the Defect Tracking System and driving them to closure.
What You Will Bring
• Good detailed and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong programming experience for Test Automation with Python, Java or equivalent language.
• Hands-on experience with testing tools like Selenium, Postman and Jmeter.
• Experience with test case automation, regression execution, performance testing and integration testing.
• Experience developing clean, maintainable automated tests for REST API and server components.
• Experience with writing and debugging automation tests for complex enterprise software.
• Experience of testing any cloud-based applications.
• Experience in distributed systems / HCI / Kubernetes / microservices.
• Working knowledge in Continuous integration and deployment and Identity Access Management is a plus.
• 4+yrs to 6 years of experience in test automation.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related stream or Premium College

Work Arrangement
Hybrid: This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in-person collaboration. For most roles, that will mean coming into an office a minimum of 2 - 3 days per week, however certain roles and/or teams may require more frequent in-office presence. Additional team-specific guidance and norms will be provided by your manager
