About the Role
Position Overview
The Nutrition & Labeling Coordinator supports both labeling operations and nutrition & labeling compliance by ensuring accurate product data and efficient execution of label workflows. This role serves as a cross-functional connector between labeling systems, product data, and standardized requirements, helping maintain consistency across all product information and label outputs.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
Nutrition & Compliance Data Support
Support that all product information is standardized across all documentation, labels, and databases.
Labeling Operations Support
Assist in creation, update, and maintenance of product information and product labels
Coordinate with Labeling Coordinator to ensure timely execution of label requests
Cross-Functional Coordination
Act as liaison between:
Nutrition & Labeling Compliance
Labeling Operation
Product Implementation
Support the setup and configuration of product labels in the system to ensure accurate printing and seamless rollouts
Support communication of product updates and label changes
Follow standardized workflows for labeling and compliance processes
Other tasks as assigned by management
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in nutrition, food science, or related field preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Familiarity with label printing software or data entry systems is a plus
Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
Understanding of food labeling and regulatory standards.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Professional, articulate, and team oriented
Physical Requirements
Ability to work in a professional office environment.
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a times.
