Job Description
· Prepare Mechanical Drawings - 3D Revit coordinated models
· Work closely with Australia office to ensure required BIM standards are followed in the CRC Team.
· Support design teams and bid teams with the creation of 3D visualizations
· Prepare quantities for use in BoQs from the 3D model
· Provide specialist support to design teams preparing analysis and design models
· Support the development and delivery of Project training to the Juniors
· Coordination with other decipline team members (like Electrical, Plumbing, etc.)
· Clash detection and clash resolution
· Create Parametric Revit Families
Key Competencies / Skills
Mandatory Skills:
· Experience of working on modelling, coordination and managing of International Projects
· Expert user of AutoCAD, Revit MEP & Navisworks
· Experienced user of ProjectWise
· Experienced user of MS Office
· Excellent working knowledge of BIM software (version 2017 and above)
Must have good capability on the below:
· BIM model setup
· Model linking procedures
· BIM modelling concepts and procedures
· Copy / Monitor procedures
· Work-sharing
· Shared Coordinates Setup
· Work sets
· Family creation
· View setup and browser organization
· View templates
· Visibility / Graphics Overrides

Qualifications
· Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with a minimum 6 years’ experience
