In this role, you’ll partner with engineers, product managers, and marketers to craft content that informs, educates, and inspires.
You’ll play a key role in shaping our content strategy and driving thought leadership through well-researched, high-quality deliverables including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and technical documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Create high-impact technical content such as blogs, whitepapers, solution briefs, technical documentation, case studies, and web copy.
Translate complex concepts related to Data Engineering, Cloud, AI/ML, and Enterprise Software into clear and engaging narratives.
Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and marketing teams to gather insights and develop content aligned with business objectives.
Maintain brand voice and consistency across all content formats.
Stay updated with industry trends to create timely and relevant content that positions the company as a thought leader.
Proofread and edit content to ensure grammatical accuracy, clarity, and technical correctness.
Requirements:
8+ years of experience in technical content writing or similar roles.
Exceptional writing and editing skills with an impeccable command of the English language.
Strong understanding of modern technology domains including Data Engineering, Cloud Technologies, Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning, or Enterprise Solutions.
Proven ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
