As the NZ Country Manager, you will be responsible for:
Driving sales success across NZ Retail & Outlet channels. Meeting and exceeding revenue and EBIT budgets. Management of payroll and expense budget for New Zealand stores.
People leadership across our New Zealand Retail & Outlet channels. Leading development and training to inspire team, alongside our career pathway and leadership program.
Leading our vision for rapid growth underpinned by our 'Customer First' 'One Team' model is crucial for success, and this comes from strong on the ground leaders.
Highlighting opportunities and implementing positive change, through the P&L, team development and cost management.
Ensuring all operational aspects are completed in line with Bendon policies and encouraging the Bendon way of working as a tool for continued business improvement.
