Job Description
We're currently seeking a People & Finance Administrator to join our team in Auckland.
This role provides dual support across our finance and people functions. You'll be the go-to person for all things related to our Ford Lease scheme and will support finance operations through accounts processing and creditor management. You'll also lend your administrative skills across HR and legal functions to keep our People & Finance team humming.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing the accounts inbox
Processing invoices, credit card transactions, expense claims and match reimbursements
Administering the Ford Lease vehicle scheme, including fleet coordination and driver support
Supporting onboarding, record keeping, and compliance administration
Managing sensitive and confidential information across people, finance, and legal workflows

We're looking for someone with:
Excellent attention to detail, great communication skills, and a proactive mindset
Strong data entry, MS Word and Excel skills
Exposure to accounting systems like Xero and Approval Max
Experience in general office administration
An eagerness to learn and contribute across the People & Finance function
