Job Title: Oracle ARCS Consultant Experience: 4-6 Years Location: India (Remote) Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle ARCS (Account Reconciliation Cloud Service) Consultant with 4-6 years of experience in implementing and supporting Oracle ARCS solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in reconciliation compliance, transaction matching, and financial close processes . This role requires strong functional and technical skills to support clients in streamlining their account reconciliation processes and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Key Responsibilities: Implement and configure Oracle ARCS to meet client requirements. Design and develop account reconciliations, transaction matching rules, and automation solutions within ARCS. Work closely with finance and accounting teams to streamline reconciliation processes . Perform data integration with Oracle ERP and other financial systems. Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution to ensure system stability. Provide end-user training and documentation for ARCS functionality and best practices. Collaborate with stakeholders to improve financial close and reconciliation efficiency. Stay updated with Oracle Cloud releases and recommend process improvements. Required Skills & Qualifications: 4-6 years of experience working with Oracle ARCS (Account Reconciliation Cloud Service) . Strong knowledge of reconciliation compliance, transaction matching, and financial close processes . Experience in implementing and supporting ARCS in a cloud environment . Proficiency in data integration, mapping, and validation within ARCS. Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP (EBS, Cloud, or other financial systems) . Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance requirements . Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills. Ability to communicate effectively with business users, finance teams, and IT professionals. Preferred Skills (Nice to Have): Experience with Oracle FCCS (Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service) . Knowledge of automation tools and scripting for ARCS . Familiarity with SQL, Smart View, and Oracle EPM Cloud solutions .
