The ideal candidate is a team player who will be responsible for working with company data in various business areas. Specific responsibilities include reporting metrics, analyzing methodologies, suggesting operation improvements, and building proposal evaluations in a cross-functional environment.
Responsibilities
Understand the requirement of the client and translate the same into technical requirement document.
Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, business analysis, task and workflow analysis.
Participate in process flow analysis and process design along with the technical team
Create & Manage Requirement Documents.
Understand Dashboard, Analytics & Reporting Requirement and get that prepared with the help of Developer & Database Administrator.
Shall have knowledge and exposure of projects having featuring CRM/ERP/SAP.
Qualifications
BCA, MCA, BE/B.Tech M.Tech
Experience Required : 8-10 years
- Experience in working on Government Project is Must.
Certifications
IIBA Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) / IIBA Agile Analysis Certification.
Certification in Business Data Analytics (CBDA)
