[O820] - Human Resources Specialist
As an HR Specialist, you will play a role combining core HR generalist responsibilities with proactive talent acquisition functions. You will manage employee engagement, performance updates, payroll initiation, grievance handling, and compliance while also leading end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes. You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to shape a high-performing and positive organizational culture.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Operations & Engagement
Monitor, update, and support employee performance and engagement initiatives.
Plan and execute employee rejuvenation activities, team engagements, and internal events.
Handle employee grievances with a balanced approach and maintain harmony.
Assist with payroll initiations and budget monitoring for HR operations.
Ensure compliance with all HR statutory and regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of HR policies and employee records.
Talent Acquisition
Collaborate with leadership and team managers to understand hiring needs and forecast workforce requirements.
Source and screen candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking platforms.
Conduct standardized candidate assessments and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Ensure smooth onboarding experience including pre-joining discussions and cultural alignment.
Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring demands.
Culture & Employer Branding
Actively participate in creating a vibrant organizational culture through creative events and communication.
Drive internal and external initiatives for employer branding across digital platforms.
Promote diversity and inclusion across hiring and team development practices.
