This is an exciting opportunity for a Wellbeing and Safety Advisor to join our institution based mainly at our Petone campus. You will report to the Wellbeing & Safety Senior Advisor and work collaboratively with the wider team to drive, influence, and embed health and safety into our organisation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
A relevant Health & Safety qualification or a willingness to work towards one
Experience in a Health and Safety Advisor or Coordinator role
A strong track record of persuading, coaching, and influencing
The ability to work independently and as part of a team on key projects
Strong organisational and prioritising skills
