Job Summary:
Shinsung C&T India Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced and skilled Occupational Health Nurse to join our team. The successful candidate will provide medical care, develop health programs, and promote healthy behaviors among employees.
Key Skills:
- MS Excel: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- PowerPoint: Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
Responsibilities:
- Clinical Responsibilities:
- Provide medical care for work-related injuries and illnesses
- Administer first aid in medical emergencies
- Conduct health assessments to evaluate employee health status
- Occupational Health Responsibilities:
- Develop health promotion and disease prevention programs
- Conduct health screenings to identify potential health risks
- Provide health education to employees on health-related topics
- Administrative Responsibilities:
- Maintain medical records and document employee medical information
- Collaborate with management on health-related issues
- Develop and implement health-related policies
- Other Responsibilities:
- Respond to medical emergencies
- Implement infection control measures
- Promote healthy behaviors among employees
Requirements:
- Registration: Registration with the relevant nursing council or board
- Knowledge or Experience: Knowledge or experience in occupational health nursing is desirable
