Position: Occupational Therapist
Location: Melbourne, VIC
Type: Full time Role and Contractor Role Available

Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality home visit services to our clients. You will play a crucial role in assessing and treating your client based on their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive functional assessments of clients' physical abilities and health conditions.
Develop personalised exercise and rehabilitation programs.
Competency in clinical assessments to identify impairments
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
Registration with AHPRA and any other relevant insurances & registrations.
Professional indemnity insurance.
NDIS Report Writing. Experience with Functional Capacity Assessments.
Preferable experience with paediatrics
Police Check
Australian Business Number (ABN)
Valid driver's license and your own vehicle.
At least 1 years experience working with clients. Experience in home visit services is a plus.
CPR and First Aid certification (preferred).
