Position: Occupational Therapist
Location: Raj Nagar Ghaziabad
Employment Type: Full-time
Gender: Female candidates only
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field
Valid certification/licensure as an Occupational Therapist
Previous experience working with young children, particularly those with special needs
Excellent command of the English language is mandatory
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Presentable and professional demeanor
Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping children succeed
Responsibilities:
Assess and evaluate children's motor, sensory, and developmental skills to identify areas of need
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each child's unique needs and goals
Provide direct therapy services to students, both in individual and small group settings
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' overall development and well-being
Monitor and track student progress, adjusting therapy plans and interventions as needed
Create a positive and supportive environment that encourages children to engage and progress in their therapy
