The Role
Located in Midland, WA
Clinic-based role with occasional travel to schools and clients' homes- all within a 20-minute radius of the clinic
Paediatric clients from ages 2-18 years old
Primarily working with children with ASD also assists with self-care, handwriting, fine motor, gross motor, strength, and posture.
Emotional regulation and behavior routines, attention and concentration, sensory processing and regulation, self-organization, self-esteem, and confidence, Social and play skills, memory and perceptual skills etc.
Option of being based more in the clinic or a mix of clinic and community depending on your preference
How you will be supported
Unlimited supervision from your manager
Clinical supervision from an experienced Occupational Therapists with over 10 years of experience practicing
Induction and training process
Weekly supervision for whatever is required to help you grow

Salary ranging from $+0,000- $120,000 + Super

Multidisciplinary working with Speech Pathologist, Psychologists and Physiotherapists
Flexible working arrangements with work-from-home options
Team size of 6 occupational Therapists, 3 Speech Pathologist, 1 Physiotherapist, 1 Psychologist
No KPIs and no micro-managing
Bonus structure paid monthly or quarterly
Requirements
Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
Full APHRA registration
Working With Children Check
National Police Check
Driver's license and own car
