You will learn a whole lot, not just clinical skills but business skills, people skills and all the intangible things that can take you from good to great. Some of the things your will do in this role Include;
✔Supporting participants in the community or clinic
✔Completing assessments, writing reports and supporting participants with therapy
✔Advocating for and working with participants and carers to help achieve goals
Here’s what you get:
A guaranteed salary of $86,400 including super
KM travel reimbursement
$1,500 annual PD allowance
Performance-based incentives (potential to earn more + give to the community)
Laptop, smartphone & clinical toolkit
Flexibility Work from the office, home or your favorite café,
Professional indemnity insurance
Salary packaging options, including novated leasing, option to purchase additional leave
Weekly supervision, mentoring & a buddy who always has your back

WHO YOU ARE
You’re a soon-to-be graduated OT who is:
AHPRA registered or eligible for AHPRA registration
Curious and compassionate
Excited to learn and try new things
Keen for a workplace with flexibility, growth and Support
Ready to make a difference in people’s lives
Not afraid of a good OT pun (bonus points if you make your own)
A licensed driver with your own vehicle
