We are seeking an Occupational Therapist who is passionate and motivated to join our successful and growing occupational rehab team based in the Central West region of NSW! We are interested in hearing from candidates across Orange and Bathurst!

Day to day in the role you will be:

Supporting people to recover and return to pre-injury activities and seek employment using your clinical skills and knowledge;

Conducting a range of different assessment services including: Initial, Functional, Activities of Daily Living, Ergonomic, Pre-Employment and Worksite Assessments;

Case management across various jurisdictions including Workers Compensation, Life Insurance and private industry;

Liaison with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers and other key stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clients;

For graduate allied health professionals, this is an opportunity to start a successful career in workplace rehabilitation.

We are flexible with working hours and we have scope for a full time, part time or casual position.

About you

Occupational Therapist with full AHPRA membership;

Current Police clearance and Working with Children Check;

Sound communication skills both written and verbal;

Strong attention to detail, critical thinking & problem solving;

Honesty, integrity, a good team attitude & positive approach; and

Genuine commitment to continuous improvement.
