Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Occupational Therapist based in Rajkot. The Occupational Therapist will be responsible for assessing and addressing students’ developmental and functional challenges to promote their well-being. Key responsibilities include administering therapy sessions, developing personalized rehabilitation plans, consulting with educators and parents, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support students’ academic, social, and physical needs.
Qualifications
• Proficiency in Occupational Therapy and Rehabilitation practices, with the ability to design effective treatment plans.
• A strong foundation in Medicine and Pediatrics to address developmental and health-related needs of students.
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively collaborate with students, parents, and staff members.
• Relevant professional degrees or certifications in Occupational Therapy or related fields.
• Adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving in an educational environment.
• Prior experience working with children or in educational settings is preferred.
