What's on offer? Remuneration package of up to $157,360 p.a.
* Salary range: $128,16+ to $137,+18 p.a. (+ applicable allowances/benefits) (HP4).
* 4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation.
* Plus Salary Sacrificing options and flexible working arrangements may be available.
About the role
* Provide General Case Management to consumers and others.
* Participate as a member of the Mental Health Team in providing comprehensive mental health assessment, case management, intervention or group work as required within a multidisciplinary framework, ensuring the implementation of individual assessment, diagnosis, treatment, follow up, multidisciplinary consultation, liaison with referring agents, discharge planning and evaluation of care using appropriate outcome and data measurement systems.
* Collaborate with other agencies and services in providing appropriate, culturally safe and respectful assistance, care, counselling and medical treatment to persons with a mental illness.
Role requirements
* The successful applicant must hold a tertiary degree (or equivalent) qualification from an accredited tertiary institution in Occupational Therapy.
* Registration with the Australian Health Professional Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and possession of current practising certificate.
* Drivers Licence: This position requires the incumbent to operate a class 'C' motor vehicle, and an appropriate licence endorsement to operate this type of vehicle is required.
