Occupational Therapist
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our growing team. You will work closely with NDIS participants to help them achieve their goals, increase their independence, and enhance their quality of life through evidence-based, holistic therapy.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct functional assessments, develop therapy plans, and deliver tailored interventions
Provide capacity building supports across a variety of life domains (e.g. daily living, community access, assistive technology)
Prepare high-quality clinical documentation and NDIS reports
Collaborate with participants, families, and support networks to ensure effective outcomes
Engage in regular professional development and team collaboration
What We’re Looking For:
Degree in Occupational Therapy and current AHPRA registration
Experience or strong interest in working within the NDIS framework
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage a flexible caseload
Commitment to person-centred practice and continuous improvement
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $84,118.43 – $118,4++.63 per year
Expected hours: 8 – 38 per week
