Job Description:
As a Odoo Developer at Navabrind IT Solutions, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of customized Odoo modules and applications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the design, development, and implementation of customized Odoo modules specially with Accounting module and applications using Python.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and translate them into technical specifications.
• Mentor and guide junior developers on Odoo development best practices, Python programming, and Odoo architecture.
• Architect and optimize Odoo solutions for performance, scalability, and maintainability, utilizing Python libraries and frameworks.
• Customize and extend Odoo’s core functionality through module development, UI customization, business logic implementation, and integration with third-party systems.
• Conduct code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis to design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest Odoo releases, features, and modules to assess their potential impact on current solutions.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Odoo implementations and Python development.
