We are currently seeking Associate, Senior, Of Counsel, and Partner level Attorneys with recent Intellectual Property Litigation experience in the following cities
• Denver, CO
• Boise, ID
• New York, New York
• Phoenix, AZ
• Salt Lake City, UT
• Seattle, WA
• Washington, DC
• Minneapolis, MN

Job Details
• Work hybrid remote within our IP Litigation Practice Group.
• Collaborate closely with dedicated associates and partners on challenging patent, trademark, and other IP litigation matters across federal courts nationwide, potentially including appearances before the PTAB.
• Conduct thorough written discovery and manage document productions.
• Craft compelling briefs and motions for federal court litigation.
• Conduct and defend depositions of fact witnesses and expert witnesses.
• Collaborate closely with technical and damages experts.
• Participate actively in trial preparation and proceedings.
We are seeking
• Admission to the bar in the state of residency or eligibility for admission (CO, ID, MN, NY, AZ, UT, WA, DC).
• Recent IP litigation experience.
• Experience in written discovery, depositions, motions, brief writing, and trial preparation.
