Iannelli Bro's Transport is an interstate refrigerated transportation business with depots located in Sydney, Canberra, Brisbane and Melbourne. We specialise in cold freight logistics & storage across the east coast of Australia.
We are looking for a motivated individual to join our small dynamic team in the position of Credit Controller / Accounts Receivable & Payable. The role is pivotal to the business and responsible for managing the growing list of debtors and creditors of the business.
Reporting to a supportive Director & Depot Managers, key duties of the Credit Controller include:
Manage debtors accounts receivable and maintain policies and procedures
Process account applications including credit applications and personal guarantees
Manage customer credit and accounts
Financial reconciliation and customer liaison (daily)
Debt collection and litigation
Manage credtitors accounts and maintain policies and procedures
Financial reconciliation for creditors
Essential skills required:
Competent in office administration and the ability to learn and adapt to new applications
Excellent problem solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Excellent time management
Intermediate/advanced knowledge of the Microsoft office suite
Relevant training and support will be provided to successful applicant.
For the right candidate, after onsite training has been provided, we are offering the ability to be able to work from home for the majority of the role. You will be provided with your own laptop but you will need to provide your own internet connection.
The office is casual yet professional, flexible and fast paced. Expected working weeks will consist of at least 38 hours spread out however you feel free upon negotiation with management.
