Responsibilities:
• Welcoming visitors and directing them to the relevant office/personnel.
• Office opening to office closing everyday for 5 days a week
• Ensuring office sanitation, maintenance & all the other administrative responsibilities by working closely with the Housekeeping team, vendors and other party contracts.
• Coordinating and managing appointments, meetings, and the conference room schedule in order to prevent duplicate bookings.
• Identify office needs and take initiatives to make the office environment unique and employee friendly
• Maintaining general office files, including job files, vendor files, and other files related to the company's operations.
• Purchasing office supplies, equipment, furniture and other items whenever required
• Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities, and equipment.
• Closely work with IT Department to ensure all the devices are kept in good and systematic condition
• Performing other relevant duties when needed
Requirements:
• 1+ years' office administration experience.
• Proficient in using devices like Laptop, Smartphones, GPS, Applications etc
• Comfortable handling confidential information.
• Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Able to multitask and self organized
• Compulsory work from office everyday (5 days a week)
