Walk-in visits
Register students for classes using Amilia software
Prepare, issue, and track invoices and payment receipts
Maintain accurate student records and communicate with parents as needed
Coordinate with school staff and instructors regarding new classes, class availability, and demand
Organize and schedule paid trial sessions
Conduct outreach to former students for feedback, testimonials, and class promotions
Record and maintain marketing notes and transfer data from past call logs
Monitor student attendance and track instructors’ working hours
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Saturday: +:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Approximately 110 hours per month
Full-time during summer camps (July and August)
Qualifications:
Diploma in Administrative Assistance or a related field
1-2 years of relevant experience in an administrative role is an asset
High proficiency in English (both written and verbal)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Police background check required before the start date of hiring
First Aid Certification preferred
Job Types: Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: $1+.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 27 per week
