Duties and Responsibilities:
Recruitment Assistance: Support hiring processes, including posting jobs and
screening candidates.
Payroll Management: Ensure accurate and timely payroll, attendance tracking, and
leave records.
Billing Support: Verify client invoices for accuracy and compliance.
Employee Support: Address HR-related inquiries and maintain confidentiality.
Record Maintenance: Manage HR records and ensure data accuracy.
Purchasing: Handle office supplies, equipment, and benefits within budget.
Banking Tasks: Manage HR-related banking, including deposits and reimbursements.
Compliance: Stay updated on HR regulations and align company practices.
Documentation: Assist in documentation, including contracts and policies.
Policy Development: Collaborate on foundational company policies and compliance.
Qualifications & Skills:
Compliance Expertise: Understand and ensure HR compliance.
Organization: Efficiently manage multiple HR functions.
Communication: Handle employee inquiries professionally.
Problem-Solving: Resolve HR issues effectively.
Financial Acumen: Manage HR finances accurately.

Work Description:
Work Timings: Monday to Friday 9:30 am to 6:00 pm, On Site
1st & 3rd Saturday 9:30 am to 6:00 pm, Flexible
2nd & 4th Saturday Off
Location: Pune, Maharashtra.
Joining: Must be available to join immediately.
