Job Description

Cosmofeed is seeking an experienced Administrative & HR Operations Coordinator to support our day-to-day operations and contribute to the growth and development of our organization.

Responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and maintaining essential documents, including employee records and contracts

• Managing office supplies and equipment, ensuring they are up-to-date and easily accessible

• Coordinating with vendors to place orders, track deliveries, and negotiate deals

• Assisting with onboarding new employees, including preparing welcome kits and setting up workstations

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to multitask effectively. Experience with MS Office and Google Workspace is a plus, as is familiarity with basic HR operations and administration.
