Looking for Office Administrator for Mumbai Center.
Role Summary: We are a compassionate and growing Therapy Centre in Mumbai dedicated to providing excellent care to our clients. We are seeking a highly responsible and reliable Centre Administrator to be the backbone of our operations. The ideal candidate is the first point of contact for families, a polite communicator, and an organized professional capable of supporting our clinical team.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management & Reporting:
Maintain the smooth daily operation of the centre, ensuring a professional and organized environment.
Prepare and submit daily reports to the management on centre activities, attendance, and key metrics.
Schedule and coordinate internal staff meetings and external appointments.
Ensure the premises are clean, tidy, and presentable at all times, coordinating with support staff.
Staff Coordination:
Serve as a central point of contact for a team of 10-15 therapy staff (therapists, assistants, etc.).
Assist the management with staff scheduling and administrative tasks related to the team.
Communication & Interaction:
Build positive, friendly, and helpful relationships among the staff, while maintaining discipline and rules.
Interact with parents and clients with the utmost politeness and professionalism, addressing queries and guiding them through administrative processes.
Manage incoming and outgoing communications (calls, emails, in-person).
Handle client intake, registration, and file management.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Being professional, responsible, and dutiful.
Education: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (B.A., B.Com., B.Sc., or equivalent) is mandatory.
Language: Communication skills in both English and Hindi are essential.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
