Job description:

Key Responsibilities:

Manage official email accounts and ensure timely reading, sorting, and responses
Coordinate and track incoming and outgoing email communication with clients, vendors, and partners
Maintain proper email folders, documentation, and records for easy access
Handle basic IT and technical coordination (systems, internet, printers, email access, logins)
Coordinate with external IT support for troubleshooting and system issues
Ensure data organization, backups, and basic system hygiene
Manage shared drives, folders, and access permissions
Support teams with basic tech setup (new joinee system access, email IDs, tools)
Handle online portals, software logins, renewals, and subscriptions
Assist leadership with email tracking, follow-ups, and coordination
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,691.49 - ₹30,085.47 per month
