The Job / Position Summary
Design and implement business enabling and measurable general administration systems and practices for SyamaDynamic’s Construction division.
Your responsibilities
• Direct Housekeeping teams to maintain all buildings in a manner that elevates the business
• Common area management for owned commercial and residential space
• Visitor Management
• Vehicle and Asset listing & Tracking
• Facilitate Annual payments / renewal of Statutory licences – Govt liaison
• Design and direct teams responsible for project site admin roles (Site office, Staff and Labour accommodation, Power and water, Petty cash, local liasoning.
Skills and Experience
• Minimum 8 years of experience in General Administration
• Working knowledge of Internet, Email and office productivity tools like spreadsheets.
• Good Leadership, collaboration and influencing skills
