Job Description
As an Office Coordinator at RACE PLACEMENTS in Jaipur, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day office operations and ensuring a smooth workflow. This full-time position is suitable for freshers with less than 1 year of experience.
Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate day-to-day office activities
Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls and emails
Greet visitors and direct them to appropriate personnel

Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments
Manage office supplies and inventory
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents
Support other team members with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any field
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Strong attention to detail
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Salary
The estimated salary for this position is ₹250,000 - ₹350,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
