About The Role
Reporting to the National Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for providing a range of administrative and support functions at our Wangara Location.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Wangara branch and act as the first point of contact for visitors, deliveries and mail.
Prepare presentations, reports and data, and support general administrative tasks including ordering supplies and assisting with project work.
Coordinate and attend branch and Ambassador meetings, ensuring clear communication of policy and procedure updates.
Support event management including trade shows, branch events, training sessions and catering; actively participate in the National Events Committee.
Liaise with facilities teams to organise building maintenance, repairs and site security, and conduct quarterly workplace inspections to meet compliance requirements.
Work closely with the Warehouse Manager to foster a positive team culture, including welcoming new starters, conducting site tours and supporting induction setup.
Additional ad hoc duties as required
About You
Current Drivers licence and car essential
Previous experience in a similar position or capacity
Strong computer knowledge including advanced skills in PowerPoint, Word and Excel
Ability to be flexible and willing to assist team when needed
Positive and proactive attitude with a strong work ethic, going above and beyond to support the branches
Ability to think outside the box and a sense of ownership
High level of attention to detail
Ability to prioritise, with excellent time management skills
Ability to consult and communicate effectively at all levels
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to work within a team environment
