Four Square Marsden Cove is looking for an Administration Support superstar to join our friendly, community-focused team! As a locally owned and operated store, we pride ourselves on delivering the very best for our customers. A strong work ethic, positive attitude, and excellent communication skills are essential. You’ll need to be confident multitasking, working independently, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities:
Answering phone and email enquiries
Cashier duties and cash handling
Processing invoices
General office administration
Supporting compliance and store processes

We’d love to hear from you if you have:
Previous administration experience
Intermediate–advanced computer skills, including strong Excel knowledge
SAP experience (training will be provided)
Basic accounting knowledge
Customer service experience
