Job Description
General administrative support and daily Facebook management, project management, and client management and travel plans, meals, anything else related to the company meeting, events and retreats
Design and maintain filing and storage systems in the office
Retrieve documents and files when requested
Assist HR with sorting and collating resumes
SEO, Social Media Marketing including Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, LinkedIn and Pinterest, Managing Websites
Content creation, blog writing, social captions, presentations, etc.
Selected candidate's day-to-day responsibilities include:
Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members’ individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels
Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals
Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members
Use and continually develop leadership skills
Writing email broadcasts and/or newsletters
Working on revising work quickly based on feedback
Meeting deadlines and completing all work in a timely manner
