Tasks
• Plan, develop and implement recruitment strategies
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages

• Compile data, statistics and other information
• Order office supplies and maintain inventory
• Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
• Assign, co-ordinate and review projects and programs
Support for persons with disabilities

• Provides visual accessibility accommodations (for example: braille, screen readers, etc.)
• Provides auditory accessibility accommodations (for example: transcription software, teletypewriters, etc.)
