Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and organized entry level Office Administrative Assistant to join our expanding team. This role will involve providing essential administrative support, managing day-to-day office activities, and assisting with tender submissions, including GeM portal operations. If you're an energetic multitasker with a passion for administration and healthcare, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle daily administrative tasks, including managing phone calls, emails, and office correspondence.
• Maintain office records, documents, and reports using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Assist with tender preparation and submission, particularly via the GeM portal.
• Manage scheduling, office supplies, and vendor relations.
• Support the team with data entry, project coordination, and maintaining an organized office environment.
• Assist with purchase orders, tracking tender deadlines, and ensuring timely submissions.
What We’re Looking For:
• Education: Basic Graduate degree or equivalent. (Entry Level)
• Skills: Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general IT skills.
• Experience: Familiarity with tendering processes and knowledge of GeM portal is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
