Summary

We are seeking an Office Administrator to join our dynamic team at Elevate Vacations. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting various administrative functions. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to deliver exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities

Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks efficiently.
Provide excellent customer service and support to clients and team members.
Utilize Google Suite for document management and communication.
Ensure accurate record-keeping.
Handle phone inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
Support the marketing team with administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements

Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Customer service experience is highly valued.
