Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Administrator/ Receptionist located in the Greater Sydney Area. The Office Administrator/Receptionist will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, managing office equipment, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks will include answering and directing phone calls, greeting visitors, managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies.
What you'll do?
• Reception/front desk duties including greeting customers and answering the phone, Maintain visitor logbook.
• General office and administrative support
• Responsible for office procurement, including stationery, consumables, computers, mobile phones, furniture, , warehouse tools, and industry-specific PPE/uniform management.
• Organize and maintain the office environment, including holiday decorations.
• Assist with international travel bookings and logistics.
• Responsible for company vehicle management, including vehicle usage registration and fuel record tracking. E-toll accounts Tracking.
• Manage the company's phone plans, including adding and removing numbers.
• Manage waste disposal for the Sydney and Brisbane warehouses, including invoice verification and bill reconciliation.
• Oversee fixed asset registration, numbering, and annual audits.
• Communicate with property management in Sydney and Brisbane, including property repairs, maintenance, and fire inspections.
